Visualizing the Rec Center

The feasibility phase of the rec center study is ongoing. In the meantime, we want to hear from you!

The original PROS consulting study participants were already randomly selected as a means of maintaining statistical accuracy. However, we still want to provide all residents with the opportunity to share their feedback on if they would like to create a recreation center. We encourage you to explore and review the documents affiliated with the study including the results, and the presentations posted here.

The first phase of this study will include a poll that is intended to help you understand the County-wide Recreation District and let us know if you support the process.

This is an ongoing project and we are looking to build upon each phase as we better understand the needs of the community. We will be sharing more information in the future in the form of results of the PROS study, results of this poll, and more information based on what is needed.

There will be more opportunities to interact with us, so once you've completed our survey, please check back again in the future!

You're viewing real-time data. Participant counts are continuously updated for administrators. Please note that regular users see cached data, which may result in slight differences in the numbers.

Poll

1Are you interested in an indoor recreation center in Rexburg?

2Have you been following the Recreation District Feasibility Study and the results?

3The County-wide Recreation District is tasked with providing the operations for any Rec District Facilities. Rec District Board members are initially appointed, then elected to non-paid positions to oversee the operations of the proposed Rec Center.

4In order to move forward with a recreation center, the County-wide Recreation District, once established, could propose a construction levy for taxpayers to vote on. Do you understand the purpose of the Rec District?
