1 Affordable housing.
Young families cant afford to live in the family community. I dont think rexburg would do well if it stratified into retired people, and college students, we need everyone in between.
2 Transportation/walkability.
If we had an uninterrupted trail that was on the side of town where people live, there would be less people on the roads and less traffic
3Trees.
They are pretty, and cool down the city during heat waves.
4 narrower car lanes
I'd love to be able to walk across the street without someone going 40 in a 20 on the way to class. like happens infront of windsor manor
