Wanless, Engage Rexburg is intended as a tool to allow citizen input on issues of concern within the City of Rexburg. As we have discussed with you multiple times, State Law restricts the manner in which the information is forwarded to our elected officials, particularly when the issue of concern is scheduled to be deliberated. The City takes these restrictions seriously and will continue to forward all information obtained through Engage Rexburg in accordance with applicable laws.

The City is not using the full potential of its "Engage Rexburg" platform.
For example; as soon as Public Hearings are scheduled, the official notice should be posted on the Engage Rexburg platform together with immediate email alerts being sent to citizens. That online notice should have links to key definitions and to any code sections involved. Citizen comments should be allowed immediately on Engage Rexburg for everyone to see. All comments should be forwarded into the public hearing record for decision makers to consider before the hearing.

Set "Page View" to Single Page, and Set "Fit to Page."
