Hmmm...we'll check with our network provider about the email situation. In the meantime, our team has informed us that the $45 is not refundable. This is the resident’s commitment to have their home connected to the fiber network. It does not obligate them to subscribe to any services over the fiber.

We need INFORMATION concerning the community broadband initiative! My questions have been submitted online to Lightbridge with no response, and there is no phone number. For starters, is the $45 refundable if one chooses not to utilize the fiber infrastructure?
