I would like to see the city sponsor a community band that would draw in musicians from throughout the Upper Valley. It could be for anybody with an instrument and an interest in playing. They wouldn't have to try out but just show up and play - regardless of skill level.
We have a city orchestra. Why not a city band as well????????????
