2nd East congestion

We need another bridge across the Teton River in the worst way. I know not everyone will agree with any one solution but as representatives of Rexburg you need to come up with a solution sooner than later. It is imperative that work get started on another north south road as the upcoming bridge work on 2nd east is going to cause traffic problems Rexburg has never seen before. Please be leaders and not be intimidated by a few people that knew this day would come to their neighborhood eventually. Thank You David Lewis, a lifelong area resident.
